The “Two Pizza” Rule has often been attributed to Jeff Bezos. That sounds fine and dandy for keeping teams small, but does that imply that pizza will be served at every meeting? And if so, what size are the pizzas? It’s all relative, I suppose.

October 18, 2011 at 12:05 pmI think assuming that pizza will be served at every meeting would be jumping to a disappointing conclusion… Unless, of course, it’s a team of middle or senior managers, then they’re entitled to everything at company expense…
