The “Two Pizza” Rule has often been attributed to Jeff Bezos. That sounds fine and dandy for keeping teams small, but does that imply that pizza will be served at every meeting? And if so, what size are the pizzas? It’s all relative, I suppose.

October 19, 2011 at 6:48 pmWhat’s this about 2 beers per workgroup? I hope we are speaking of 2 _casks_ of beer, or 144 (UK) pints. Sounds about right for a workgroup of 3.
