That’s awesome…and oh so relatable. Most of my users that end up in this situation will lock themselves out because of the Num Locks, but they typically have this same freaked out reaction…only they have attempted their password the 5 times I allow before lockout. You would figure after the first 2 times you’d pay close attention to the fact that something may be off about how you’re entering that information. At least AD allows for an easy unlock.
