PC Weenies at the UP! Fair this Friday and Saturday!

My last event of the year involves journeying to Lexington, Kentucky to take part in the illustrious UP! Fair.

The ever-growing guest list for this event is impressive – as are the variety of workshops offered for cartoonists. Think of the UP! Fair as more of a conference for indie creators who are passionate about their craft. If you’re curious about making your own comics and you’re near the Lexington, Kentucky area – you should definitely plan on attending. Want more incentives? How about: It’s FREE!

Yep, free for everyone – and a great family friendly event. Bring your kids!

In addition to an exhibitor floor, there will also be several conference panels and hands-on workshops. I will be leading two workshops: the first is Brainstorming Character Design and the second is Make a Machine with Muscle! where I demo the process of drawing vehicles. Stop on by and say ‘hi!’!

Never fear, I will have copies of “Rebootus Maximus”, color prints, pen and ink sketches, sketch cards, and commissions available for sale.

And speaking of sale, Artist Edition PC Weenies books are now on sale for $25 + shipping. Get an autographed copy of “Rebootus Maximus” (clocking in at 120 pages of full eye-popping color on nice heavy sheets), a 9″ x 12″ bristol pen and ink custom sketch of up to two favorite PCW characters, and a copy of PC Weenies / UNcubed Sampler #2 (while supplies last).

Once the Sampler #2’s run out they will never be printed again. (I have roughly 40 copies left.) Once you order your copy, take a photo with you and your book and send it for inclusion in the PC Weenies Rebootus Maximus Reader’s Gallery. So far, we have 6 out of seven continents representing, but I’d like to see which state / country has the most passionate PC Weenies readers.

I am very grateful and appreciative of everyone who has supported my first publishing efforts so far. If you buy an Artist Edition copy you are supporting my efforts in making The PC Weenies.

Thank you!
