I can hear it now when both of them seen the branch. “Sweet, look a branch now if I can only grab it……can I reach it…..got it……wow this thing is really bouncing…did I hear a crack….NO!” – Bob and Milton thinking.
I’ve been reading your strip for about a year now, and I find this storyline extremely boring. It just seems as if you’re thinking “what do I do now” every few days and slapping the strip together.
I’m not trolling; I normally enjoy your strip very much. I can also appreciate that you’re trying to go in a different direction. I just hope it becomes somewhat tech-related again. It will also be interesting to see what happens with Bob and his new job at Footle.
I appreciate your honesty, Anonymous. Sorry this storyline isn’t your cup o’ tea. I do plan to get back to tech related humor (with a vengeance). In the meantime, I hope you’ll stick around… (and, yes, I generally slap all my comics together, not just the ones for this storyline… hehe)
Well, I think that the point Anon probably is making is that the sequences are getting a little bit long-drawn out. I must say, I was disappointed with this particular strip.
I personally didn’t think we need more panels of their falling down the cliff.
As I said before, you’re great at slapstick too. It would be a waste if you returned purely to tech humour. But I wouldn’t mind it if you plan to start a separate slapstick comedy strip if you get the time. :)
Have been catching up on my PCW, was a little bit behind. And, reading this storyline had me really hooked (it’s totally different to your normal stuff, and a change is as good as a holiday), and then you leave me hangin’ like this?!? Not fair man, not fair! :D
Good on ya for trying your hand at something a bit ‘out there’, though I’m curious as to how you’re going to wrap this up in time to cover the iPhone 3GS… Good luck! :)
