I’ve felt that way a lot when dealing with software vendors when I worked in State and Local Government. They always wanted us to see what they were working on for our input, but had us practically sign our lives away only to show us such a small portion that we still couldn’t tell if it was going to be a good fit or not. Really became such a waste that we quit assisting most of them.

Now that I work with an Accounting firm I’m once again at the mercy of these forms due to the revenue statements that clients send us for auditing, etc. I’m really surprised some companies don’t ask for a deposit in order to just sign their NDA’s. :)

P.S. Type-o in first panel. Should be, “I need you to sign….” versus “I need to you sign….”
