Thanks Carl. I’ll tone down the darkness of the paper texture. I’m still quite attached to the halftone approach to coloring – I think it looks good and gives the comic an old school newspaper vibe. Plus, it feels 10 times faster than my normal approach – and that’s a good thing since I do my writing and drawing for the strip all within the same day.
