The Burning Question

Today’s comic is proudly sponsored by the very fine folks at PubNub.

I’ve created edu-tainment comics for companies in the past, including Microsoft and Other World Computing, but this is the very first time I’ve used my own character (Bob) within a company-sponsored ‘toon.

Here’s what PubNub founder Stephen Blum had to say about our recent collaboration:

My name is Stephen Blum, Founder of PubNub a Real-time Cloud-Hosted Service for Mass Data Broadcasting. Krishna made it easy to promote our brand with creative illustrations matching the style of his popular toon. Our short conversation lead to a completed illustration. Krishna exceeded our expectations. The decision to unite our PubNub brand in PC Weenies history clears a milestone that motivates our team and customers. PubNub will partner with PC Weenies for future toons.

A company sponsored PC Weenies toon is a terrific way to expose your technology product or service to a wide, technologically savvy audience. If your company is interested in becoming a corporate sponsor, please drop me a line.

Enjoy the ‘toon!

LOL, I love it. This one teased my brain in so many ways. Was Bob sickened an needed to puke or was he being polite before leading into the question of where’s the bathroom. Or did they fellow take so long to explain Bob’s ‘ol bladder started failing. Of course he can write an app for the 3rd one. ;)

This is great. “It’s like Twitter for MACHINES!!” = ‘My TV is watching a great show on what I want to eat for dinner. Here’s a pic of the food sent from my computer. shrtURL/imgfd’ :)

Depending on what he needs to do he may take PUBNUB’s reading material with him. :)
