The $10 Million Gamble

No doubt you have probably seen the Jerry Seinfeld / Bill Gates Shoe Circus commercial that debuted last Thursday.

I couldn’t pass the opportunity up to blog about it last week. And on Sunday evening, I was suddenly inspired to create the ‘toon you now see before you.

Bob’s saga will continue on Wednesday – and I hope you don’t mind the slight detour. Share your thoughts on the comic and/or commercial in the comments.

Maybe Bill and Jerry play homosexuals in the commercial ?

They might get married in a future episode.

It was one big Mac metaphor? I so did not get that. Fun seeing Seinfeld in action again though.

Sadly not a clue about any of this, being stuck here in the UK. Maybe we’ll catch up later in the year?

I definitely don’t get it either. I read the 2nd panel, explaining the commerical a few times. Still don’t get it.

I think Bill was officially desgnating Jerry as the spokesman. Good choice though. Using a bad comic to endorse a bad joke of an operating system.
The shoes? Vista is like a new shoe. It doesn’t get comfortable until you have worn it (used it) for a while. I am a computer tech, and I have been working with it for a while. I am still telling my customers to wait for Microsoft 7 if they can.
If they can’t, try Linux instead.

I’m with the “average joe” on this one and I might just take a shower with my clothes on!

Tell me what you think!
