If the sheet is blank, one might assume he was a zero producer. That is better than some I have worked with, who were negative net producers. Their “accomplishments” required the efforts of others to correct, at the expense of those others doing what they they were originally there to do.
One place I worked, the names of such negative net, especially after they departed, were turned into verbs. So to say, for example, you had been “Smithed” or “Jonesed” was to say you had been sucked into correcting the problems left behind by the named individual.
