Ring a Bell?

Todays’ toon includes the process spread. On the top level: the final toon. Mid-level: inks. Lower-level: pencils. Notice the dialogue tweakage as the comic goes from pencils to the final version.

Digital pencils are created in Corel Painter. Digital inks happen in Autodesk Sketchbook Pro. Colors and text happen in Adobo Photoshop. Questions on the process? Sound off in the comments below!

Where’d Milton disappear to after the first panel? Melvin looks awfully old to be a school bully.

Milton’s hiding – and Melvin’s age will be addressed soon :)

Either Melvin has a REALLY short attention span, or extorting people out of their electronics would seem to be something of a habit.

One can safely assume it’s the latter. ;)
