Odds Are…

The main act is over, but there will be a few epilogues on the heels of this strip to properly close the story out. This storyline (which started way back in February!) was a true labor of love for me. It gave me the opportunity to really stretch my writing wings and add more of a narrative feel to the comic. Plus I really enjoyed experimenting with panel layout. These are things that I would have never tried in a standard 4-panel gag strip.

I hope you have enjoyed the adventure. Share your thoughts in the comments below. As I mentioned up above, there are loose ends that will wrap up, some which will happen soon – others a bit later. So, fear not…

Oh, and maybe you can peak in at a new UNcubed comic which is now up.

…was that Columbo I saw, sir?

Indeed. (Or maybe a reasonable facsimile thereof?)

This page is pure conema. I can almost see it done in widescreen with the watertower standing as the car vanishes in a cloud of dust and the credits start to roll.
Thanks for experimenting with the page layout … and don’t stop.
But keep the usual format AND these great Footle-, family- or computer-related toons coming.

Thanks for the story, I loved it.

But I love also the tech-oriented strips, I’m looking forward to finding them back :-)

Thanks Snark. Once things wrap up (maybe a strip or two), I’ll turn my attention back to tech flavored humor. :)

BTW do you know the “comic strip drawer” (not sure how it is called in English) called Cosey? He’s Swiss. More info here (in French, sorry): http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosey

Some of your last drawings remind me of his style. Maybe you’ll find some of his stuff online.

Nice points of view – kept my attention story-wise and visually. And is Bob still trussed up in the shed or did I miss an episode?

Good question, emjay! Stay tooned :)
