My month long hiatus from making comics begins this week. Because, as you know, I’m working on a sequel of sorts to the first PC Weenies volume. More on that soon…
Thankfully, we have this beautifully drawn comic by Jack Slade to fill the void. Jack is the creator of Scaredemy, a comic focusing on the trials and tribulations of students at a “school for the monstrously gifted and talented”. After reading it, I think you’ll agree with me that Scaredemy is both a charming and witty strip that’s well written and superbly drawn. In short, if you’re not reading it yet, you should! Of course, you’ll want to start at the beginning.
Jack did an outstanding job with his interpretation of Bob. I love how expressive Jack makes him. Panel 2, with Bob’s throbbing veins, captures his angst perfectly. Thank you, Jack, for making such an awesome PC Weenies guest-strip!
