Egg Faced

I can’t tell you how many times I changed the supervisor’s dialogue for panel 3. Okay, it was 11 times. The one I sent via the Toon Mailer has an earlier attempt. I wanted to come up with a funny water-based phrase to lead into the punchline. Hope it delivers, because I’m always second guessing myself on things like that.

Just a reminder…

I’ll be having a table at Megacon in Orlando, Florida this Saturday and Sunday. I’ll have copies of “Rebootus Maximus”, and both Sampler editions available for sale, along with free sketches!

This is my first “BIG” show – last August, Aarti and I attended Mini-Megacon, which was scaled down version of the main show (both in terms of vendors and audience). The main Megacon show brings a ton of people – so it should be a great time.

If you’re planning to attend, stop by my table (I’ll be in Artist Alley, with a huge PC Weenies vertical banner behind me) – you can’t miss it! :)

Don’t forget to check out today’s UNcubed while you’re at it!

Krishna, are we going to see any new comics in which Bob is involved in more tech-related fare?

Also, it seems you’re going for a 24-style, real-time thing here; is Bob’s first day at Footle going to go on for about 6 more months!?

    :)

hi Jason – Bob will continue to be involved in tech fare – actually, that’s the purpose of the stand-alone ‘toons that are interspersed between the Footle storyline. And yes, this arc is almost over. More surprises in store, and that’s all I can say. :) Hope you’ve been enjoying the ride so far!

This has been going on for a while now – I seem to remember a Cease & Desist letter appearing at one point… round about the start of April last year if I recall correctly…. ;-)

And I’d like to say thank you for the public service you’re providing here – it’s bugged me for YEARS how to correctly spell “Walooshhhh” – I never could never get the correct number of “h”‘s at the end.

I love the 4th panel with all that water just flooding him!

Tell me what you think!
