    Over the weekend my wife and I took advantage of the fact Circuit City is going out of business.
    The glee of getting cheap technology was replaced by the dread that I karmically set myself up to get laid-off.

    LOL – let’s hope that doesn’t happen, danno. But I know what you mean. Buying expensive stuff does give me that guilt trip about weathering the tide of an uncertain future.

    I dunno, a Wii might be a good way to soften the blow to the family.
    “hey, look what I brought home! A Wii!”
    “Yay!!”
    “….andigotfired Let’s play Wii!”
