The biggest news of the week for geeks across the land is the new Indiana Jones movie, which opens this Thursday. It’s been 19 years since Dr. Jones splashed across the silver screen, and you can bet your tuckus I’ll be there on opening night to see it.
Which is to say that unless you are familiar with Indiana Jones (i.e. you can quote liberally from it), this ‘toon won’t make much sense.
But I liked it. :)
Let loose with your favorite Indiana Jones quotes in the comments. You know you want to.

I’m really looking forward to the new movie. I’ve been waiting for about 10 years when the rumors first started flying that there was another idea in the works. I’ll probably have to wait until it is out on DVD first.

May 19, 2008 at 8:08 amI didn’t realize how big of a fan I was of the movies until these last few weeks when they keep airing the episodes on tv and I was liberally quoting a lot of the stuff I remembered. “How did you know she was a nazi?” “She talks in her sleep”

May 19, 2008 at 4:22 pmHow can I quote the music?
Oh, well I can’t.
I’ll just settle for a normal quote.
“The only problem with her is the noise.”

May 20, 2008 at 8:43 amActually I did read it in a Sean Connery voice.
My favorite’s:
“Indy was the name of the dog”
and the one I use all of the time while driving:
“Get of de vey, get out of de vey!”
Great comic by the way!

May 20, 2008 at 12:45 pmIndy: Meet me at Omar’s. I’m going after that truck.
Sallah: How?
Indy: I don’t know, I’m just making this up as I go.
