I’ve made mention a time or two on how keyboards tend to be rather disgusting petri dishes over time. Having been sick this past week, one of the first tasks at hand was to thoroughly disinfect the keyboard surfaces on both my Macs.
I use a liquid called iKlear, which does a great job on both computing surfaces and displays. The iKlear kit comes with a microfiber cloth and some travel singles (wipes) you can use when you’re on the road. I highly recommend it.
My first 8 oz. bottle of iKlear lasted for about 10 years or so. The second 8 oz. bottle should last me just as long, I hope.
Anyway, enjoy the comic!

April 1, 2013 at 10:05 amOur first bottle of that stuff lasted about a day… Then the pump started leaking all over our fingers when we used it. Fortunately we always spray the cloth, then wipe the computer, rather than hold it over the equipment and spray, so no leaks damaged anything.
