A River Runs Through It

Oh, to be a fly on the wall at Amazon right now. Seriously, I wonder what the Kindle marketing team’s feeling right now, with just a few short days before Apple’s announcement.

Will the Tablet, whatever it’s called (tangent: my money’s on Newton), obliterate the Kindle in the marketplace? We’ll just have to wait and see. Share your thoughts on this in the comments below.

Imagine the disappointment if at this big announcement there isn’t actually a tablet released.

Good joke by the way. You really gotta hate to be one of the Kindle marketing guys now.

Greay insight as usual. I think it’ll be interesting to see what the reality is on the new product. Fan or not you gotta give to Apple for marketing and getting people talking about something no one knows anything about.

Apple’s hype over this tablet has buried just about all the other tech news this week (including CES coverage from two weeks ago). They definitely know how to get peoples’ attention.

Sooo, just curious. Why do you think Apple would name a new product after one that failed financially years ago?

Not that I’d mind seeing Apple move away from “i” everything.

Tell me what you think!
