October 24, 2008 at 5:40 pmI’m in charge of the IT department at a large church in N. Texas and a wanna-be web cartoonist. We are so busy we just cannot work on the personally owned PCs of our users so we send them to others for such work. I hate doing that as it will cost them far too much money and still may not get a resolution. I stopped sendoing them to the ‘squad’. I just tell them what to try and hope for the best. Great toon!
