Party Like it's 1999…

A look back at PCW history continues. A few months after I started publishing the PC Weenies online, The Orlando Sentinel newspaper tracked me down. I was interviewed for an article which ran on February 27, 1999. Click on the article to see the larger version. (Apologies if the scan is choppy, it’s the only copy I have.)

Looking back at that particular time in my life, I (and several others) had just received our layoff notices from our company, and I was in “job search” mode. During that time, I shopped the comic around to a few websites and convinced my way onto the pages of C|Net.

Surprisingly, if you do a search on C|Net’s news.com, you can still see the four PC Weenies comics that were published.
