Should tech reviews always find fault (however minor) to project the image of being unbiased? Or is it okay for a review to “gush” with praise if the product is genuinely excellent? A perfect review will always throw people off, since it almost looks like an ad instead of a review. Some products have so much time and effort into them, they deserve the praise.

Although, I feel that part of the critic’s job is to find faults users may have with the product, whether small or not so the potential user can have the best idea on the product and if its right for them. If the product is overall great, then giving it praise is perfectly fine.
