It’s the Thought That Counts…

Mother’s Day is upon us this Sunday. As a married dad, I celebrate the occasion 3 times – one for my mom, my mother-in-law, and my wife. Unfortunately, none of them are really into tech, so I usually wind up sending cards and taking my wife out for dinner. Pretty hum-drum, but it’s the thought that counts, huh?

Is your Mom a geek, like Pam? If so, what type of techno-goodies are you planning to get your mom? I’m looking for a few creative ideas I can use for next year.

Enjoy the latest, and if you feel so inclined, please share today’s comic with your friends and family (and Mom!) :)

Pam is either a great liar or a lousy liar, and I’m not sure which.

Her expression on panel 4 now should make that more clear.

Krish not sure about Pam but do something different for your wifey… picnic at the park, dancing (if you can), hot air balloon ride, don’t do “hum-drum”. Been married 17yrs and I can tell ya from 1st hand – throw in a change up! :-) Hope you guys have a GREAT Mothers Day! Peace

For Mother’s Day two years ago, I gave mom a Product Red iPod Shuffle. She really liked. So much so that I gave her my Product Red iPod Nano for Christmas (since I upgraded to a cool purple 16GB Nano at Thanksgiving).

Mom and I are going on a cruise next Sunday, do I really have to give her a gift this year? ;-)

Tell me what you think!
