Iceclean, a system maintenance utility from http://www.macdentro.com to keep your system clean. Especially a regular cache clean does wonders. There are many others, but this is a good free one.

built-in Disk Utility, to check (or repair) the hard disk, and to repair permissions if it’s necessary (after every OS update).

I’d love to hear a podcast on how you battle lethargy. So many of our buddies fall prey to this. The will to create is sometimes defeated by the will to relax. Were ALL guilty.

Excellent question, Jim. Friday’s Microcast will delve into how I manage lethargy.

Tell me what you think!
