Roll Your Own (Fonts)

The fonts used in the sentence above were created based on my own handwriting, just a few minutes ago. I had my own handwriting converted into a TrueType Font, using the Font Capture website. For free!

How does it work? Glad you asked!

The instructions are ridiculously simple:

1. Download the PDF file on their website
2. Print the PDF file, and write your letters in the squares provided on the PDF
3. Scan the image in as a GIF or PNG
4. Upload the GIF or PNG file to FontCapture’s website
5. Download your very own TrueTypeFont
