Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Reviewed

Fellow artist Brian Allen, of Flyland Designs, recently purchased a brand new Wacom Cintiq 24″ (non-touch) tablet for his studio. In addition to a comprehensive blog post on the subject, he’s also created an accompanying Youtube video.

The Cintiq Pro 24 looks to be quite the upgrade, especially if you’re coming from an older model Cintiq or Intuos tablet. If you’re on a relatively newish Cintiq (like the 27QHD model, which I’ve reviewed previously), you’re not going to rush out and buy one, unless you really want the enhanced pressure sensitivity (8192 levels) and 4K high-resolution screen. (I’m pretty happy with my Cintiq 27 QHD, despite a hiccup I had with mine earlier this year.)

Brian also creates his own custom Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint brushes, many of which he has for sale on his website.
