That’s great! He took the job! But playing the salary card close to your vest is not advisable in my house.
There would be no peace unless I knew that my family would be secure with the salary. Even if Bob was trying to pull off this regular salary worker thing in order to surprise the family later with a massive vacation or something, if I was Pam, I’d be really upset that he wasn’t up front with me.
But this is a comic, not real life. Pam and Bob don’t have to answer to me. :-)
I think he will tell Pam how much he will be getting, but for some strange feeling there will be a a very big BUT after that answer. Then again maybe not, time will tell.
Glad you took my “advise” (poke, poke) :) and brought the family back in. It adds such more depth and dynamics to the comic and I’m sure you know that but I am sooooo family oriented and it’s good to see Pam and son back in the loop. Krish as always keep up the awesome work!

April 28, 2009 at 8:32 amWhat he Bob didn’t call Pam as soon as he was outside the office to let her know the good news?
I would think that he should have told her how much their income was going to be.

April 28, 2009 at 8:38 amHe called her – but then Milton came home from school later in the day. And Bob still plays some cards really close to his vest. ;)
