This episode is a humorous fantasy because:
1) The manager’s power is delegated to the subordinates without the manager immediately reneging when he realizes that someone leveraging his delegated power has unintended consequences.
2) The wise subordinate employees spontaneously engage as a well-oiled machine to terminate the wasteful meeting so that they may return to their cubicles where they will continue to slave away on the work previously delegated by lazy management, i.e., buck-passed from above.
And play Tetris.
Therefore this panel also should be tagged “teamwork.”
As when my boss says, “When you do all the work and I just kick back and take all the credit, that is teamwork at its finest.”
