    You forgot to tell her to call back after you had installed a phone system designed to keep her from talking to you, also there should be service charges for the consulting call on why you are upset, and random deductions from the amount you are paying them because your contract partners are charging them for keeping viruses off their network. Oh yeah I almost forgot, you will begin paying them random reduction of $20 off each month unless they call back in 12 months and request your “special” deal of the month.
