A panorama snapshot of my studio

One of the nice things about Photoshop CS5 is how easy it is to auto-stitch several connected photos into a panorama. How did I do it?

First, I snapped 6 photos in sequence using my trusty Canon Powershot A620. After importing the photos, I activated Photoshop’s Photomerge feature: (File > Automate > Photomerge). Here’s a screenshot of the Photomerge dialog box:

Simply browse to locate your photos and choose the appropriate merged layout (I stuck with the default option); Photoshop takes care of automatically calculating and stitching the individual photos together into one big image. So there you have it!
