Do you draw a webcomic? Do you read webcomics? What character from your favorite webcomic would you like me to draw? I’m planning to start a Fan Art Friday blog post here on pcweenies.com, where I flex my developing cartooning muscles on other people’s characters. Each Friday, I’ll post a drawing of a character request. Some may be in black and white, some may be in color.
Post your suggestions in the thread below. And don’t forget to spread the word and tell your webcomic friends!

May 21, 2009 at 10:04 amThis is a cool idea. I should do something similar myself. I don’t suppose you’d want to try drawing my characters. My website is http://www.dungeonlegacy.com as I’m sure you know.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

May 21, 2009 at 10:57 amI’m a big fan of the character Rocky from Lackadaisy which can be found at http://lackadaisycats.com/. It might be fun to see another take on him. Or maybe Copper which can be found at http://boltcity.com/copper/.

May 21, 2009 at 12:10 pmyou should definitely give a try at those long existing (that changed seldom in style) computer-related webcomics like User Friendly and Dilbert. But not as starters, of course :)

May 22, 2009 at 8:08 amI have tried my hand at a webcomic this year about kids and teachers and technology and I wish I were more of an artist. The writing comes easy for me. The art? Not so much. I would be honored if you could draw a version of my main character, Boolean.
