This week, Macworld 2011 kicks off, and to commemorate the event, long-time supporter Victor Cajiao sponsored today’s special guest-star strip.

Victor holds the Guest-Star record – having made more appearances than any other guest in the many years I’ve been drawing the strip. I am very honored and grateful for his continuing support.

Victor and his friend and fellow podcaster George Starcher will both be at MacWorld, which kicks off on Thursday, January 27th.

I recently completed a branding revamp for Victor Cajiao, host of the Typical Mac User Podcast. You might recall that Victor was a recent guest-star.

When I’m not working on comics, or teaching (my full-time job), I work as a freelance designer. If you’re interested in my design services, please drop me a note. I specialize in illustration, logos, and developing brand identities. I have a few openings coming up in February. My prices are reasonable and I would be more than happy to provide references.

Today’s guest-star ‘toon features Victor Cajiao, host of the very popular Typical Mac User Podcast. Victor has been a long time supporter of the strip, with appearances going back for the last 5 years (he holds the record for being in more PCW comics than any other guest-star!).

Guest-Starring is a fun way to appear in a comic. It’s also a great way to surprise a friend on a special occasion. It’s also a fun way to support the comic. (Who knows? Maybe your guest-star comic will appear in the next PC Weenies book!)

My goal this year is to beat the 2008 record of 29 guest-stars. I know we can do it. Whaddayasay? :)
