Before we continue, please have a look at yesterday’s comic – if you saw it on Monday, via the site (or the Toon Mailer) I totally changed it up. I went through no less than 40 revisions before feeling satisfied with what I wrote. (I’m not changing it any more, lest I go completely insane.)
Today’s comic went through just a few iterations, and I’m happy with how it came out. If Bob’s musical reference doesn’t make sense, you’re either too young to remember the ’80′s, or you’ve never listened to the song “8675309″.
The sequence of numbers in the song appear both in ‘pi’ and ‘e’, oddly enough. And, to fill up your trivia banks – “orange” is one of those rare words that does not have a rhyme, contrary to what you may have read. It’s also a comic. ;)
