I’m on my 4th Samsung 305T display, which I’d been using since January. Witness the video artifacts shown in the photos above. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting – checked the connections, powered the monitor off and on, swapped ports and cables. Nada. This display is dying.
Alas, the manufacturer’s warranty elapsed in February of this year, so I am faced with the dilemma of purchasing a new monitor. I need some recommendations from you. I’m looking for a good quality 24″ or greater sized monitor with DVI connections (HDMI connections not necessary) with a matte display that’s capable of displaying content in both landscape and portrait modes. I don’t want to spend more than $300US for one either. And I really don’t want another Samsung display.
Help?
