I hate exercising, too… In fact, other than walking around New York City, and buying a significantly heavier DSLR a few weeks ago, I guess I haven’t done much exercise for a few years…

I have a few exercise books by a guy named Matt Furey, that seem pretty good, but whenever I try to exercise I just yawn uncontrollably until I stop. And my mind wanders till I find myself no longer exercising and enjoying the day dream instead.

    It’s just boring.

And I can only do it when my wife is asleep or away, otherwise she laughs at me (um, no, she’s not very supportive when I try to do things like exercise or eat better).

And of course, looking down at my gut, I know I need to make some changes…

I’m like you Kevin. Exercise for exercise sake is so pointless for me. I’ve taken solace in riding my bike, going for walks, and even the occasional longboard ride. For me, those activities are fun, in and of themselves, and I don’t consider it to be “exercise”. Maybe that’s the trick?

Tell me what you think!
