We have mobile apps that we can use to quantify nearly everything – our caloric intake, our mood, and even how fast we eat our food. It’s a fitness person’s dream, but for others it’s anything but. I’ve only one self-check app, and that was RunKeeper. I used it for exactly one week and never used it again. Why? Not because it was a bad app (it wasn’t) – it’s just that after the initial buzz, the compulsion to track my metrics wore off. What about you?
