Step right up and meet the family!

The patriarch of the Weiner family, Bob recently lost his job as a systems administrator and now finds himself working as a Windows Guru at the electronic superstore Bogus Buy. Bob feels most at ease when he is in control, and takes advantage of any situation to insure it. A techno-hound, Bob obsesses over gadgets and gears with unusual devotion. His obsession and “always right” attitude tend to win him few friends.

A computer scientist by trade who has taken a few years off to raise her children, Pam is the anchor for the Weiner clan. Practical and calm, Pam’s biggest flaw is her obsessive compulsion for organization and neatness. An adventurer at heart, Pam is both independent and smart. She yearns to go back to work and begrudgingly deals with her home-making responsibilities.

A tech-addict who has to have the latest-n-greatest, Milton’s biggest frustration in life is dealing with people who don’t understand (or worse, don’t like) technology. Inquisitive and intelligent, Milton’s precociousness tends to land him in trouble both at home and school.

Cantankerous and curmudgeony, Grampa is the “luddite”, he’s petrified of change and feels threatened by technology. He feels greatest at ease when he’s outdoors and in control. Grampa is a compulsive shopper and is easily taken in by scams.

Sonia’s curiosity tends to land her into hot water with her dad. She is more interested in her dad’s computers and gadgets than playing with her own toys. Sonia has yet to speak her first word.

Bob’s best and (only) friend. Oreville’s the quintessential 30 something “nice guy”, who still lives at home with his mother. Incredibly intelligent, Oreville’s lack of confidence and clumsiness are his biggest downfall. Currently, unbeknownst to Bob, Oreville has landed a cush job as a system administrator at Froogle.
