Time for another PCW Polo shirt update!
I’m deciding between two different brands, and I need your help. The first five images below are from the Omega Sport Tech Polo from Vantage, available in both mens’ and women’s models.
Here are the details:
100% polyester, 4½ oz. Vansport™ moisture management micro-mesh knit body, UV protection, solid rib-knit collar, Vansport™ tagless neck label, three-button placket, dyed-to-match buttons, hemmed sleeves, single-needle top-stitching, even-hem bottom with tailored side vents, replacement button.

The Vantage features 100% polyester, 4½ oz. Vansport™ moisture management micro-mesh knit body, UV protection, solid rib-knit collar, Vansport™ tagless neck label, three-button placket, dyed-to-match buttons, hemmed sleeves, single-needle top-stitching, even-hem bottom with tailored side vents, replacement button.
The other option is shirts from TriMountain. The women’s line is the Ambition Sport Polo (shown below). The women’s Ambition shirt is a 7.7 oz, 100% spun polyester micro mesh golf shirt. Features the UltraCool™ system developed to control and manage perspiration. It’s accented with a Johnny collar, square bottom with side vents and open cuffs.

The men’s line features the following specs:
7.7 oz 100% spun polyester micro mesh golf shirt, with UltraCool™ system, developed to manage perspiration. It’s accented with a three-button placket, half-moon yoke back, and square bottom with side vents and open cuffs.

I don’t have photos of the TriMountain shirts with models wearing them, so an Apples-to-Apples comparison isn’t available. The cost for each brand is roughly the same, so price isn’t a factor to compare against. I’ve seen both shirts, and I think they are both excellent. The TriMountain is a little heavier, but otherwise, the material feels the same. Both brands fit comfortably, have enough room around the pits and “breathe” well.
So… it’s time to cast your vote. Which brand do you prefer: Vantage or TriMountain?
