Happy New Year! I hope that you’ve had a chance to celebrate (and recover) from the festivities.
2011 bodes to be one of many changes for our family. This month, we are preparing to move into our new house. Our townhome is packed with boxes as we organize and gather our belongings to move into our new abode. Furthermore, next week my wife, Aarti, and my daughter Sonia will both be going to school.
For Aarti, it’s part of a transition into a new career – for Sonia – it’s preschool. With the move and the family’s academic dynamic in the mix, my cartooning schedule is up in the air for a while.
The PC Weenies will be on hiatus until February. I’ll have to see how much things have settled at that point and reevaluate before I jump back in. In the meantime, a few cartooning friends generously contributed some guest-strips, which I hope to run during this week to fill in the void.
I’d like to extend a warm thank you to everyone who supported the ‘toon in 2010 – whether it was through telling friends about the comic, sharing the toon on your favorite social network, buying books and prints, or even just stopping by to check out the comics. Your generosity hasn’t gone unnoticed.
I hope to get back into cartooning once the dust settles. And I hope you’ll still be here when I return.
Till then,
stay ‘tooned, :)
-Krishna
