P.S. A few of the Big Illustration Party Time art benefit pieces are now up on eBay. Lots of beautiful art available for sale for a great cause! (And go listen to the latest BIPT podcast while you’re at it!
At long last, I’ve updated the look of my portfolio site. I still have a bunch of stuff I want to post on there, but the structure and layout are pretty much solidified.

I believe in all the years I’ve ever drawn Bob and Milton, I’ve never had them share a moment of father-son bonding like this…

Two weeks ago I placed a test order for a t-shirt prototype with Ka-Blam. This evening, my order arrived. I’ve snapped some photos so you can see the end result:
Specs on the shirt:
Hanes Tagless (Large), 100% cotton
The shirt arrived tightly packed in a plastic bag and cardboard backboard. I haven’t had a chance to iron or wash it yet, so I’m not sure about the shirt’s longevity. The print on the shirt is uniform and consistent in color. It appears to be very high quality, similar to shirts that I’ve seen for sale at large T-shirt vendors.
The shirt cost $21 with shipping. It’s not a bargain if you’re mass producing shirts, but that wasn’t my intent with this order. For one offs, or even for say 5 – 10 shirts, the price seems fair. I’ll report back after this has been through the wash a few times, with photos.
If you have any questions, please hit me up in the comments below.

Things have been a little quiet on the blog, but in truth – there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff going on. First off, I’ve amassed all the pages for the PC Weenies trade. It’s clocking in at a whopping 120 pages, and right now I’m shopping around for a good offset printer company.
Also, I’ve ordered a prototype copy of the PC Weenies / UNcubed sampler from Ka-Blam – it should arrive sometime next week.
Pre-orders will open for both books soon. I’m working out final pricing details as of this blog post. I’m on the guest list for MiniMegaCon, and I fully plan on having both the trade and sampler available for sale there (and online as well).
Thanks for your patience!

It was nice to go a little cartoony and show Bob and Milton running for their lives in the last panel.
