Rough pencils will have to suffice for now, but I promise to ink and color this one soon. Enjoy!

Update: final version is now up.

The character below was created in 1995 and only lived on two pages of an old sketchbook. Never drawn since…
….until today:
Presenting the new “Do-Dah”!

Another character culled from limbo…
This time it’s Jana, a female ninja warrior. The sketch below was drawn in mid-1994.
Below is how I would draw her today. This is the first time I’ve revisited this character since I last drew her.

Bob’s bubble has burst yet again… What does this portend? Find out soon. And while you wait, check out the current auction for some original PCW art that I have listed.

P.S. I created some fan art for Tony Piro’s wonderful strip, Calamities of Nature. You are reading it, aren’t you?
P.P.S Bob crosses over in today’s Glitchtown- sort of a prequel to today’s strip. Simply brilliant (and totally unexpected!). Thanks, Rasmus!
At long last, I’ve finally fulfilled reader’s requests to sell some original PC Weenies artwork. I’ve listed it on eBay.
The auction will end in 7 days. All proceeds earned from this sale will raise money for art supplies and software I use to create the comic.
Thanks in advance for looking at the bid, and for your support!

Just a few hours left in Wednesday, but what the hey…
In case you missed it, I posted a new UNcubed today. New updates will appear every Wednesday afternoon-ish. I usually plot the strip on Tuesday evenings and draw it the following morning.
I just registered my copy of Coda from the fine folks at Panic. Coda is billed as “a one window web development app”, and I’m using it to facilitate my hand coded approach to HTML and CSS. This tool is Mac only, and can basically be summed up as text editor on steroids + CSS + terminal + books + FTP.
What I really like about Coda is that I can write the code and see the preview without having to load the file up in a browser first. CSS editing is a breeze thanks to the built-in CSS editor (which comes in both visual and textual flavors). Coda is particularly useful on a laptop. By keeping everything in one window, there is less time wasted between moving and minimizing windows between text editor to browser to FTP. The net result with using Coda is that my workflow is now streamlined.
Coda also comes with a few desk references – for CSS and HTML. This is a super convenient asset that saves me time from having to visit other websites for specific syntax and structure.
With Coda, you can instantly upload your modifications to your site thanks to its built-in FTP. Panic has also set up a Coda Developer Zone that includes videos on making the most of the app, as well as other how-to’s and tips.
I’m still making my way around the app, but it appears to be incredibly well-thought out. After a few hours of hands-on use, I was impressed enough to pony up my hard earned cash to buy it.
Coda retails for $99, and discounts are available for Transmit 3 users.

There are a lot of webcomics out there. What do you think? Should Bob publish a few of his webcomics? Which webcomics are your favorites?

I drew several images this evening, for a senior level college course I teach, including the action poses you see above. You can see the rest of the images I drew, if you wish.
Enjoy!
