After months of delay, I finally purchased MarioKart for the Nintendo Wii. I’ve only had it for a few days now, but I’ve had a ton of fun playing the game. The last Mario Kart game I played was for the SNES – I was glad to note that the game mechanics are largely the same. MarioKart for the Wii comes with a steering wheel – it’s a bit on the sensitive side, but overall, a joy to use with the game.
Now all I need to find are some other friends to play online. If you would like to include me in your MK races, send me an email with your ID, and I’ll send you mine. I usually play on weekends, but I’m not beyond a few rounds on the weeknights either. :)

It is a very fun game. My kids love it as well. I still win the majority of times, but every once in a while I lose a race to either my 7 or 11 year old daughters. I have even lost whole circuits at times. I don’t mind losing, but the taunting is hard to take. :)
