The Changeaphobe (Staticus-non-adapti)

User: I want Office97 back!! Where's the Print button? Where's the Save button?? I can't find anything!! All my documents are missing... oh, there they are. Why is the "recently used documents" all erased?!?

Great comic! Trying to think of some of the people i've had to deal with on occasion. I once had a guy who was having problems with his computer locking up, and instead of bringing his tower he braught in his monitor.

There's always the classic pc tech who makes a house call just to find that the computer is somehow unplugged too.

If i think of more i'll post.

Tempus Fleetus - Always in a hurry, too busy to tell you what they were doing or what they think went wrong, but you have to fix It right now. Whatever It is. You know. It.

Tempus Fugitus - Thinks a good time for you to guess the symptoms and fix the problem is... right after they leave for lunch. Or home. Yeah, that's a good time for them. Is it a problem for you?

Frequentus Flyerus - Just phoned 15 minutes ago, and now they've got a new problem.

Printus Maximus - Thinks that the printer jam error isn't there problem. So they print 20 more copies hoping to force the job through. Then calls for help because it's taking forever to print that new report.

This could be a long list...

The person who wants to tell you everything wrong and how to fix it, because they have a friend, family member or neighbor who told them what must be the problem. (and usually that person can barely spell computer)

Thanks for the ideas, ITGuy and eddie - I'm sure there will be an other installment of the Usual Suspects, and I'll do my best to add both those types in.
